Guillaume Herbin, automotive multi-entrepreneur

Since 2010, I have co-founded several companies in the automotive world. My mission today: helping auto professionals build profitable, well-structured businesses.

I started my first business in 2010 with €3,000 in my pocket, and built a network of more than 100 agencies selling over 10,000 vehicles a year — then digital solutions, software for garages, and now, passing it on.

Who I am

I'm a French entrepreneur, born in Orléans in 1989, and I've been working in the automotive world for more than fifteen years.

In 2010, I co-founded BH Car with a simple idea: rethinking the way used vehicles are sold, and building a model able to go far beyond a single agency. Over the years, this adventure became Groupe BH, a national network of more than 100 agencies spanning several automotive trades, from brokerage to mechanics and auto glass.

But my journey is not just about growing a network. I have also built businesses in digital and automotive software, driven by one goal: creating tools that simplify the daily work of professionals in the industry.

Starting from zero, I went through the first sales, the first mistakes, the hiring, the growth phases as well as the moments of doubt — before building teams and organizations able to run without me day to day. That is probably what best defines my approach: start from an idea, test it in the field, structure it, then create the conditions for it to scale.

After several years in Dubai, I settled in Marrakech, from where I now run my businesses, supported by teams based in France. I devote my energy to strategy, new projects, investment, and passing on what I have learned.

Passionate about cars long before they became my profession, I keep a particular interest in characterful cars and the automotive world in all its forms.

A father of two boys, I give family life an essential place. With my wife and kids, we love discovering the world, stringing together road trips and collecting experiences, whether luxurious or very simple. Because in the end, it is not things that make memories, but the people you share them with.

At 20, my goal was simple: being able to stop working at 40. It has been possible since I turned 35. And yet, I have never worked as much as in these past few years — because it is no longer about necessity, but about desire.

Today, my ambition is no longer just about building companies. It is also about passing on what I have learned, investing in new projects and, above all, writing the next chapter of my story.
