By way of exception, the official biography and portrait published on the Press & media page may be reused freely in the context of a press article or an interview.

The brands and logos mentioned (BH Car, BH Atelier, BH Pare-Brise, Hexagone Automotive, Vroomiz, Optimcar, Vobiz, ProGarage, Forge) remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal data

The contact form is the only place on this site where personal data is collected. It gathers your name, e-mail address, the capacity in which you are writing and the content of your message.

  • Data controller: RB1 PARTICIPATIONS (SAS), whose details appear at the top of this page, reachable at contact@guillaumeherbin.fr.
  • Purpose: to handle and answer your enquiry, and nothing else. Your details are never sold, transferred, added to a mailing list, or used for marketing.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). No field is pre-filled and submission is entirely at your initiative.
  • Mandatory fields: only the name, e-mail and message are needed in order to reply to you. The “you are” field is optional.
  • Recipient: Guillaume Herbin alone. Nobody else has access.
  • Processor: delivery is handled by FormSubmit, which receives the form content and forwards it by e-mail. It acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.
  • Retention: messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
  • Other processing: diagnostic applications, bookings and margin-calculator sign-ups are separate processing operations, detailed in the privacy policy (French).

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@guillaumeherbin.fr; you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and analytics

The presentation pages — home, journey & ventures, press & media, contact and this page — set no cookies, use no analytics trackers and call no third-party service. Nothing is stored in your browser on those pages.

The accompagnement and calcul de marge funnel pages, which are in French only, may set analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel). Nothing is loaded or stored there until you accept: a banner offers acceptance and refusal on equal terms, and refusing removes no content. Full details are in the privacy policy (French), which covers every processing operation on the site.

Typefaces are hosted directly on this site. No request is made to any third-party service when pages load, and no data is passed to a third party without your knowledge.

Accessibility
